Health and Safety Policy for Alaska On Tap
At Alaska On Tap, the safety and well-being of our guests and staff are our top priorities. To ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone, we have established the following health and safety policy:
Responsible Drinking
We encourage all guests to enjoy our brewery tours responsibly. Please be mindful of your alcohol consumption and stay within your limits. Alaska Law limits breweries to serving each guest a maximum of 36oz of beer. 12oz at each stop is included in our standard tour. Guests are not permitted to arrive at the tour intoxicated.
Guide Authority
Our guides are trained to assess the well-being of all guests during the tour. If a guest becomes overly intoxicated, the guide has the right to ensure their safety by removing them from the tour. This policy is in place to protect both the individual and the group, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Children’s Supervision
For guests bringing children, it is essential that they maintain control and have their children in sight at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children throughout the tour.
Vehicle Child Safety Notice
For the safety of our younger guests, we would like to inform you that we are unable to provide car seats for children. We abide by state law, which requires that children have the appropriate vehicle seats for their safety. Guests are welcome to bring their own booster seats, but please note that we cannot accommodate the installation of a car seat into the van. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the comfort and safety of all our visitors!
Proof of Guardianship
Guests bringing children under the age of 21 should be prepared to show proof of parent or guardianship, as required by law.
